Zahtjev za preuzimanje tenderske dokumentacije se podnosi u pisanoj formi potpisan i ovjeren od strane ovlaštene osobe ponuđača, i to putem faksa, lično, poštom ili e- mailom. U slučaju da ponuđač podnosi Zahtjev za preuzimanje tenderske dokumentacije putem mail-a, Ugovorni organ će istom uputiti tendersku dokumentaciju samo ako je ponuđač poslao skeniran (potpisan i ovjeren od strane ovlaštene osobe ponuđača) Zahtjev za preuzimanje tenderske dokumentacije. In the event that a bidder needs a clarification of tender documentation, (clarification must be signed and verified by the authorized person of the bidder), it must be done in the written form, in one of the manners prescribed for the exchange of information between the Contracting Authority and bidders.
