Naputka o uvjetima i načinu objavljivanja obavijesti i dostavljanja izvješća u \r\npostupcima javnih nabava u informacijskom sustavu „E-nabave“ („Službeni glasnik BiH“, \r\nbrojevi 90/14, 53/15).  Preuzimanje tenderske dokumentacije vrši se na način da zainteresirani gospodarski subjekti iz članka 2. stavak (1) točka c) ZJN koji su registrirani u sustavu „E-nabave”, bez naknade, preuzimaju tendersku dokumentaciju objavljenu u sustavu „E – nabave”. Objavom tenderske dokumentacije na sustavu „E – nabave“ onemogućeno je dostavljanje iste na druge načine predviđene člankom 55. stavak (1) točka a) – c) ZJN. Također, za istu se ne zahtijeva novčana naknada za preuzimanje. Tenderska dokumentacija može se preuzeti više puta za isti postupak javne nabave.
