Tuzla ponudio je neregistrirano medicinsko sredstvo, a u TD jasno stoji da će se neregistrirano medicinsko sredstvo uzeti u obzir samo ukoliko ne bude prijavljen ponuđač koji nudi registrirano medicinsko sredstvo potkrijepivši to dostavom EC certifikata o usklađenosti, te je samim time ponuda odbačena kao nepravilna.\r\nPonuda ponuđača \"MEDICAL PARTNERS\" d.o.o. Tuzla  također nije razmatrana jer je nepravilna. Razlog tome je što ponuđač nije ovjerio Izvod iz sudskog registra kod nadležnog tijela uprave, a to je traženo TD-om pod točkom 7.2.1 pod dokazima, a u samoj tenderskoj dokumentaciji stoji da dokaz koji se dostavlja mora biti original ili ovjerena kopija od strane nadležnog tijela uprave. Također, ponuđač nije ovjerio kopiju Rješenja Agencije za lijekove i medicinska sredstva BiH za obavljanje prometa lijekovima/medicinskim sredstvima u BiH, a to je isto jasno traženo TD-om u točki 7.4.1 pod točkom c) kao dokaz. Ponuđaču nedostaje i Izjava o dostavljanju besplatnih uzoraka u roku od tri dana ukoliko to Ugovorno tijelo bude tražilo, a što je jasno definirano u TD-U pod točkom 7.4.1. pod dokazima pod točkom e). \r\nTako da nijedan od navedenih ponuđača nije ispunio kriterije koje je Ugovorno tijelo tražilo tenderskom dokumentacijom, te je Ugovorno tijelo donijelo Odluku o poništenju te samim time će raspisati novi tender s obnovom ovog lota.","LastUpdated":"2026-03-25T07:44:06.6653138Z"},{"Id":3087301,"ContractingAuthorityId":46782,"ContractingAuthorityName":"HRVATSKA BOLNICA \"DR.
