ponuda utvrđenih Tenderskom dokumentacijom.\r\nU postupku je izvršena ocjena i rangiranje ponuda u skladu sa kriterijem i metodologijom utvrđenim Tenderskom dokumentacijom, odnosno primjenom kriterija „ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda“.\r\nMeđutim, prilikom unosa podataka o predmetnom postupku u informacioni sistem „e-Nabavke“, kao kriterij za dodjelu ugovora evidentiran je kriterij „najniža cijena“, koji je u informacionom sistemu povezan sa provođenjem e-aukcije. Navedeni podatak nije moguće naknadno izmijeniti u informacionom sistemu.\r\nNa taj način je nakon provođenja postupka nastala neusklađenost između kriterija za dodjelu ugovora utvrđenog Tenderskom dokumentacijom i kriterija evidentiranog u informacionom sistemu „e-Nabavke“.\r\nU konkretnom slučaju provođenje e-aukcije nije moguće uskladiti sa načinom na koji je postupak proveden. Naime, e-aukcija u predmetnom postupku podrazumijevala bi naknadnu primjenu kriterija „najniža cijena“, dok je Tenderskom dokumentacijom kao kriterij za dodjelu ugovora utvrđen kriterij „ekonomski najpovoljnija ponuda“, na osnovu kojeg je izvršena ocjena i rangiranje dostavljenih
