Banja Luka uz konstataciju da će ugovorni organ imenovati komisiju koja će izvršiti vizuelni pregled vozila.Navedena komisija je dana 26.12.2019 izvršila uvid u predmetno vozilo te konstatovala da vozilo ima određene nedostatke kako na šasiji ,tako i na motoru.Odgovorno lice ponuđača Astorija –M  d.o.o  se obavezalo da će u određenom roku nedostatke otkloniti.Međutim u proteklom periodu nije učinjeno ništa uz konstataciju da zbog određenih tehničkih i privatnih problema nisu u stanju da otklone nedostatke , pa samim tim komsija predlaže da se ponuda odbaci i postupak poništi  ,kako je navedeno u zapisniku komisije br P-4165-1/19 od 31.12.2019 godine.Nakon što je zaprimila zapisnik od komisije za  vizuelnu kontrolu vozila , komisija za javne nabavke donosi preporuku br : P-508/20 od 11.02.2020 godine  i predlaže da se u skladu sa članom 69 tačka d.
