Rogatica\r\n2.)\t„Termag“ d.o.o. Rogatica\r\n3.)\t„Connect people“  Pale\r\n4.)\t„Gold mignon“ Sarajevo\r\n5.)\t„R&S“ Vogošća\r\n6.)\t„Inter-com“ d.o.o. Zenica\r\n7.)\t„Defter“ d.o.o. Sarajevo\r\n\r\n\r\n    \r\nU skladu s utvrđenom procedurom, na osnovu Zapisnika o pregledu  i ocjeni ponuda, broj:05-411.2/15 od 13.10.2015.godine, na osnovu zaključka Komisije, ugovorni organ je od ponuđača „Inter-com“ i „Defter“ tražio saglasnost za izmjene cijene ponuda.    \r\nPonuđači su pismeno odgovorili da nisu saglasni sa izmjenom cijena za stavke 35. i 36. Obraszca za cijenu ponude, čime ostaje razlika u načinu popunjavanja obrazca za cijenu ponude u odnosu na druge ponuđače.\r\nKomisija je uočila da su ponude ponuđača „Defter“ d.o.o. i „Inter-com“ d.o.o. za više od 50% niže od prosječne cijene ostalih prihvatljivih ponuda, na osnovu čega je dana 20.10.2015.godine tražila pojašnjenje ponuđenih cijena, na osnovu člana 66. Zakona o javnim nabavkama BiH, za sve stavke ponude.\r\nTakođer je konstatovano da ponuđač „Inter-com“ d.o.o. nije dao traženo objašnjenje te se njegova ponuda odbacuje.\r\nU pogledu traženog pojašnjena ponuđač „Defter“ d.o.o. je dana 23.10.2015.godine, u traženom roku, dostavio kalkulacije nabavnih cijena te u svom dopisu broj: 4333/2015 naveo da je kvalitet ponuđene robe u skladu sa onim traženim tenderskom dokumentacijom.\r\nRazmatrajući dato objašnjenje ponuđača „Defter“ d.o.o. Komisija je uočila da je za stavku broj 1.
